A perfect match for your school or non-profit organization, we want to work with you. We will come to your location with our food cart and serve an amazing breakfast, lunch or dinner at your event. We typically donate 10% of the gross back at very large charitable events, and 10% of the net at smaller functions — we’ll work with you to make it fair for everyone involved.
Drop us an email at info@scottycs.com about your next non-profit fundraising event. People love street food and food carts, and an authentic NYC hot dog food cart experience can help you celebrate your audience by allowing us to serve delicious food while you are raising needed funds for your organization.

When we introduced our Sonoran dog, one of the largest complaints was the dog fell apart before you could really eat it. It was a soggy dog. I decided to go back to the drawing board and attempt to repair some of those issues.
So our new Sonoran dog still has queso bacon and onion, ketchup, mustard and mayo, jalapenos, but now it's coated with a generous topping of crushed crunchy Cheetos. This really helped sop up a lot of that moisture and kept the dog together for most of the eating. 😂
We will be outside @transportbrewery_shawnee Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Tuesday: Music Bingo (movie music) 5-9pm
Wednesday: Geeks who drink trivia 5-9pm
Thursday: Shawnee Moonlit Market 4-8pm

The new Pope seems like a good guy. I'm trying to imagine him at a White Sox game as a younger man enjoying a Chicago style hot-dog.
As a kid in New Jersey, I was in a Catholic boy scout troop which was a different world for me, as the kid of a Jewish dad and a Congregationalist Christian mom, and raised Protestant.
The experience gave me a great insight to how different immigrant communities were living in my hometown in Clifton New Jersey. I was living the great melting pot experience of America. I always connected to these communities through their food which was how we all showed love to one another.
So many good memories of great Polish American food from that boy scout troop at St. John Kanty's church. 😋🥟🤤. I made eagle scout in 1985 mostly because my dad kept kicking me in the ass as the scout master to get it done and to not keep being my usual ADHD ADD personality that wanted to do what interested me. Spent most of my time at camp on sailboats, canoes or plinking 22 rounds at the rifle range much to my dad's chagrin.
But it's the little things from those scout camp memories that come back to you, like tin foil cooking in the embers of a fire with hamburger, chopped up carrots, onions, celery and potatoes and cream of mushroom soup and enjoying that at a campfire with a group of your peers after it simmered in the fire for 30 minutes or so. 🤗
