Guys we're looking at another 105° to 110° heat index today. We don't work in temperatures this hot for our own safety. So unfortunately we will not be at the Mission Night Market tonight. We apologize but it's out of our hands. Safety first. As long as the weather quality improves on Saturday we will be at the Bonner Springs Farm Market from 8:00 a.m. to noon serving breakfast this Saturday.

Every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. To 12:00 p.m. You can find us at the Bonner Springs Farmers Market, the only time you can get our breakfast hot dog, the Good Morning Dog: an all beef Nathan's hot dog on a steamed bun sandwiched inside of a hash brown Patty with melted cheese and a fried egg on top. Your choice of ketchup, Mayo, etc.

Have you tried our homage to the Japanese hot dog yet? The Osaka dog has pickled ginger, furikake, Japanese Mayo, grilled onions, and sweet Thai chili sauce. It's an umami bomb! 🇯🇵🎌⛩️👺

Oh man, once you taste our smoked brats you'll be a believer too. 🤌🌭

The verdict is either a burnt exhaust valve, or a broken lifter spring. Zero compression on the number 4 cylinder. Running the truck on five cylinders right now, not ideal but it's running. I'll dig into it on Sunday. Parts ordered.
